For residential properties, pressure washing can be a great way to keep homes looking their best. This can be especially important in a rainy climate like Portland, where mold and mildew can quickly build up on exterior surfaces. Regular pressure washing can help prevent damage to siding, decks, and other outdoor surfaces, as well as prolong the lifespan of these materials. It can also be an effective way to prepare surfaces for painting or other home improvement projects.

            We do not clean 2 Story decks without exterior access.​

            Our roof/driveway treatment eliminates mold and moss             on contact. However, it may take some time for the moss             to fully disappear.​ We do not use high pressure on roofs.

*Heavy oil, rust or extremely soiled areas may require a solution application, if so there will be a materials cost

added on the estimate.

Some heavy stains may not come out completely.

Disclaimer: If your house or property is abnormal (extreme grade or potentially unsafe work environment) we will have to asses if work can be done at the location. Please be advised the outdoor water source (spigot) needs to provide a minimum of four gallons a minute to run equipment safely. (Most residential homes meet this requirement)
