Current Job Openings:

Pressure Washing Technician

Pay Range $18-30/Hour

This is an as-needed position.

We can provide at least a 24-hour notice before jobs. You will be paid once a week or per job depending on payment arrangements. The job will be on-call so please be sure you have availability in that time frame. Please be advised interviews will be conducted in Tigard.

The job sites will be on commercial and residential properties located within 50 miles of the Salem / Portland Metro area. Experience is desired but we are willing to train the right person. Future work with our company is possible upon excellent job performance.

You will need to provide your transportation to job sites, a personal vehicle is preferred onsite. A good headlamp is strongly recommended for night work. We will provide safety vests. Must wear pants and non-slip boots, preferably waterproof attire. We will provide COVID-19 safety face masks if needed and we follow all of the CDC COVID-19 guidelines.

The job will be located on non-smoking properties. Smoking will not be allowed anytime during work hours.

Qualifications:

 

• Experience using a pressure Washer (Desired)

• Ability to stand for 12 Hours

• Ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs.

• Ability to twist, reach, and bend easily for up to 12 hours

• Must be comfortable with heights and various environments like cold, hot, and dirty areas

• Can follow complex directions

• Ability to learn quickly on the job

• Must be able to work around various cleaning chemicals

• Must be comfortable on roofs, ladders, and lifts.
