Please see below to help prepare for your service

What to Expect From Us:

Your technician will show up during the scheduled time. If there is any deviation on the time for any unforeseen event the technician will contact you as soon as possible.
If we get bad weather which prevents us from completing the service on the scheduled day, we will reach out to you. Your cleaning service will be moved to the next available appointment.
You do not have to be there at the time of service. If you will not be onsite during your cleaning payment is required before the service will start. You will receive an invoice with instructions on how to pay online. If you are getting a service that requires inside access, we require someone to be available over the age of 18.
Please inform us prior to the service date if there are any issues with water pressure or if you run your water from a well.
If you are getting a house wash, you will receive a basic window rinse. This is not a full window cleaning. A basic window wash will get debris off windows but you could be left with water spots.
On the service date, the designated technician will do a walk through on the property to note any pre-existing damage. A final walk through will occur after services are completed.

Please have a water spigot activated and accessible.
Please remove all security cameras and electrical equipment from the service area. If this is not possible we will avoid the equipment while pressure washing.
Please avoid heavy water usage during the pressure washing service.
Please have all windows and doors shut tightly.
Please have all pet’s inside before and during cleaning.

All persons shall stay inside the duration of the cleaning if possible. We understand during commercial work this may not always be an option.
Please clear the work areas of all items and remove all sensitive materials from areas being washed such as flags, doormats, and vehicles.

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements were made between the client and company.
Checks are accepted on a limited basis. Please contact us if you need to pay by check. All checks must be made out to NW Pressure Washing Service.
You can also make payment by credit card on site or online through the invoice emailed to you.
