Our Roof Treatment Process
We apply a specialized treatment solution directly to your roof that targets moss, algae, lichens, and other organic growth at the root. The treatment works over time, causing the organic matter to naturally release from your shingles. After the treatment, overtime, rain and weather will gradually wash away the dead growth, leaving your roof clean and protected.
This process is gentler on your roof, extends its lifespan, and provides longer-lasting results than pressure washing. The treatment continues working for months after application, helping to prevent rapid regrowth and keeping your roof cleaner longer.
Service Specifications
We service residential roofs that meet the following criteria:Two stories or less in height

Easy access from ground level or existing deck

Moderate roof pitch (we do not work on steep-pitch roofs for safety reasons)

External access available (we do not run equipment through your home)

Important Access Requirements: All equipment access must be from outside your home.

If there is no external access to your roof area, we cannot provide service.

We never run hoses, ladders, or equipment through the interior of your home to reach a roof
Leaf and Debris Removal
Before treating your roof, we can blow away leaves, pine needles, and other debris using professional equipment. This service ensures the treatment reaches all roof surfaces effectively and helps prevent drainage issues. Debris removal is available as an add-on service with additional charges based on the volume of material.
Roof Treatment Process
Prior to Treatment
The roof has heavy moss growing on and in between the shingles.
1 Hour After Treatment
The roof has been treated and the treatment starts working immediately killing the organic growth as it starts to turn yellow.
3 Weeks After Treatment
After 3 weeks all the moss and organic growth is dead and has started to come off the roof. The process will contuinue until the roof is free of all growth.
The roof treatment is not immediate but you will see results over time. It can take couple months for all the grown to come off the roof.
